Tags
These guys make it easy to find something you're looking for. In order to keep stuff organized, every entry will have a set of tags that will specify what went on in that update. This goes from the very broad (strip and a blog) to specific titles, series, and topics. If you ever have something you're looking for specifically, just click the tag links or look the list for more.
Tags only work for up to 100 entries, so to be more specific check out the LJ Tag FAQ to learn how to use this feature.
Here's a list of basic tags and what you'll find in those entries.
-strip: means that update includes a comic strip.
-game: strip/blog is about gaming, will also include title.
-animanga: strip/blog is about anime and/or manga, will also include title.
-movie: strip/blog is about a movie, , will also include title.
-social: current events and social issues (includes the dreaded politics)
-tech: technology and computers of the non gaming variety.
-web: internet specific, including sites, chats, forums, EL JAY, and the like.
-review: will include a review of something, will also-- you get the idea.
-report: convention reports
-pics: some cam-whoring
-babble: random spamming ensues.
-rant/rave: beware teh angerz0r

Memories
Another bout of organization. Memories will have specific categories as well for access to entries that fall under those. They'll be pretty broad, so again, use tags for specifics. But if you're just browsing and such, these will work. Check that out here.
-Basic Info: includes entries like these with all that fun stuff. Anything linked from the top entry will most likely go here.
-Strips: All entries with comic strips. These will be further categorized by subject.
-Reviews: Self explainitory.
-Conventions: same, same.
